WHERE DO I PICK UP REGISTRATION FORMS: You may pick up a Voter Registration Form at any public library, any town or city hall. Or you may register at any driver's license office in the state. Fill out the form and mail it to Boulder County Elections, 1750 33rd Street, Suite 200, Boulder,CO 80301-2546. There are deadlines in order to submit your voter registration form so be sure to check with them directly.
